Today, after filming myself several times, wanting to introduce my first ever instagram reel, I discarded everything and went with a safe, short video of a beautiful lake I visited with family last summer.
I added music (not mine), one word (breathe) and my website address.
It took ages!
Of course the self-talk was having a field day: should already be able to do this, blah, blah, blah. But for once the competing voice prevailed.
"Well done! A very simple start, but everyone starts somewhere!"
