As mentioned on Monday, we're mixing it up a bit after three months of posting about stressors, the things which can make our lives challenging.
For the next little while, Wednesdays will be devoted to a fun musical offering, a riff (or musical snippet).
The riffs and accompanying videos are embedded in the e-book (imaginatively titled!) RIFF, written and filmed by our Director, Caroline Neeling.
RIFF is currently being updated and will soon be for sale on the stresslessmusic.com website for the low, low price of AUD $9.99.
The riffs are not part of the Stress Less Music program, but Caroline thought our audience might enjoy an introduction to the riffs, which are super simple to play. They're not part of a program which builds on itself. like Stress Less Music, but are presented for gasp the pure pleasure of playing!
Our first 10 riffs are from the Aussie, Aussie, Aussie section of the e-book. "Great Southern Land"'s riff uses only two different notes, so do give it a try and let us know how you get on!
